Why team seats stay open
A team seat is two recruitments that have to land on the same day, the same lane, the same pay split, and the same home-time calendar. Solo-driver pipelines can’t do that math, so team trucks sit — or worse, get filled with two matched strangers who split up at the first reset. The freight commitment doesn’t care which failure mode you picked.
The screening
The pair is the candidate
We prioritize established teams — couples and long-running pairs with verifiable co-driving history — and screen the pairing itself: how long they’ve run together, their split expectations, their sleep/drive rhythm, and the joint home-time calendar against your schedule. Both drivers are Fit-Scored individually and as a unit; below 70 on either axis is never submitted.
The price
$3,500 per seated team — one fee, not two
One flat fee per team, milestone-billed ($500 activation credited, 45% seated, 25% day 14, 30% day 30), with the 30-day replacement guarantee applied to the team as a unit. If the team separates from your fleet inside the window, the replacement search is free.

Milestone billing, aligned to retention: $500 activation (credited in full against your first placement) → 45% when the driver completes orientation day 1 → 25% at day 14 → 30% at day 30.
