On local seats we weight the Fit Score hard toward geography (domicile versus your yard and routes) and home-time/schedule alignment — 24 of 100 points between them, plus equipment and comp alignment on top. We confirm the actual start times, the actual physical work, and the actual weekend expectations against what the driver says they want. Below 70 never reaches your inbox.
