The screening
Lanes, equipment, and honest comp alignment
Regional candidates are Fit-Scored on lane and equipment experience, domicile versus your operating area, and comp expectations against your written package. Regional pay runs roughly $62k–$76k industry-wide (industry estimates — altLINE / ATA published data), but we only ever quote drivers your written numbers — never a market average dressed up as a promise.
